General provisions

LLC FLEX (hereinafter referred to as "FLEX", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers' personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data", "Personal Information") that can be identified in any way and that visit cloud4y.ru (hereinafter referred to as "Site") and use its services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). FLEX reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without any special notification. If you continue to use FLEX services after the publication of any changes to this Privacy Policy, you shall accept the changes to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

When you register at a FLEX service and mark "I agree with the terms and conditions of the service", you confirm that you accept to provide your Personal Data and give your consent to their processing freely and in your interest, except for the cases provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Federal Law from 27.07.2006 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

You are responsible for providing the personal data of any other person.

Personal data entered by you while using FLEX service is used for:

  • paying for the use of your FLEX Account, and Services;

  • service level assessment, traffic monitoring, and popularity indicator of different service options;

  • implementation of our marketing activities;

  • compliance with this Privacy Policy;

  • submitting a complaint and responding to complaints submitted;

  • protecting the rights and legal interests of you, us, our users, and third parties in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

FLEX commits not to disclose your personal data to third parties.

FLEX reserves the right to transfer personal data to the relevant services in cases provided by law if this is necessary to protect the health, life, or freedom of another person.

FLEX has the right to use your personal data for sending newsletters and special offers by e-mail, processing and executing trade transactions and providing services.

The acceptance of the Privacy Policy is carried out by ticking the appropriate box "I agree with the terms of services" when registering on the Site and is your consent to the processing of personal data.

Customer agrees that FLEX has the right to store and process, including automated, any information related to your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law from 27.07.2006 E 152-FZ "On Personal Data", including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data provided by you.

Processing of your personal data is carried out through mixed processing of personal data with or without transfer via the internal network of FLEX, with or without transfer via the Internet.

FLEX undertakes to ensure confidentiality and security in the processing of your personal data.

If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, FLEX will delete your personal data and will not use it in the future.

In cases specified by the Federal Law from 27.07.2006 E 152-FZ " On Personal Data", the processing of personal data is carried out only with the written consent of the subject of personal data. The written consent of the subject of personal data on the processing of his personal data should include:

  • name, surname, patronymic, address of the personal data subject, number of the main identity document, date of the issue of the indicated document, and the authority that issued it;

  • name (surname, first name, patronymic name) and address of the operator, receiving the consent of the personal data subject;

  • purpose of personal data processing;

  • the list of personal data, for which processing the consent of the personal data subject is given;

  • in case of disability of the personal data subject, the consent to the processing of his personal data is given in writing by the legal representative of the personal data subject.

  • in case of personal data subject's death, the consent to processing of his personal data is given in writing by the subject's heirs, if such consent was not given by the subject of personal data at his lifetime.

Consent to the collection and use of information
