Keep details of vulnerabilities secret and do not share any information about them until we respond to you.
The researcher offering the first clear report will receive a reward.
Rewards are based on bug severity levels and the completeness of the report provided.
Program rules
- Information security specialists review submissions within 12 business days.
- Depending on the severity of the vulnerability, the reward ranges from $30 to $1,000.
- In assessing vulnerabilities, we use our expert opinion and Vulnerability Rating Taxonomy .
- Contacting tech support and submitting any forms that involve human processing is prohibited.
- When searching for vulnerabilities, avoid violating the confidentiality and integrity of data as well as the availability of our services. It is prohibited to use automated tools for scans, and denial of service (DoS and DDoS) attacks. Also do not send SPAM to our users, engage in social engineering, and phishing of our employees and customers.
- When researching, please use your own test accounts. Never take actions that could harm other users or violate their privacy.
