How does the service work?
GPU Cloud Graphics is delivered as part of a VDI service that uses computing resources such as CPU, RAM, and vGPU. You connect to this desktop over the internet from anywhere in the world.

What system software is used to deliver the service?
VMware Horizon View software is used to connect to the desktop. Windows Server 2016 operating system is installed on the desktop itself.

Do I need a powerful PC?
The performance of your PC is almost irrelevant. What is important is that you can install desktop access software on it: VMware Horizon View.

What type of communication channel is required?
For normal operation you will need a stable Internet channel of 10Mb/s or higher with the lowest possible latency. If the latency of the communication channel is high, you will notice a visible delay in response to your mouse, keyboard, etc., and noticeable delays in dynamically changing images on your PC screen. Reasons for high latency: traffic from your PC to the VDI passing through a large number of intermediate nodes, poor communication channels from your ISP and/or between intermediate nodes, large physical distance between your PC and our data center, etc.

What software can I use on a remote desktop with graphics?
You can install any software you like, including Sony Vegas Pro, GRAPHISOFT, Solidworks, Compass, Nanocad, T-Flex, Polymatics, as well as the whole range of Adobe CC (especially Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and Autodesk (AutoCAD 2017, AutoCAD Electrical 2017, AutoCAD Map 3D 2017, 3DS Max, Revit 2017, Inventor 2017, Vault 2017).

Is it possible to rent a server with GPU on an hourly basis?
No. You can purchase this service for a minimum of 1 month.

How much does it cost?
Our website shows the cost of ready-made solutions with a strictly defined configuration. Our managers can also create an individual server configuration (with individual pricing) to suit your needs, including as much CPU, RAM, vGPU and disk space as you require.

Can I change the server settings?
Yes, of course you can. If you find that you need more vGPU or CPU cores, you can increase these parameters in a matter of minutes.

Is it possible to mine cryptocurrency with your GPUs?
Yes, but we do not recommend it. The income from mining is elusive and uncertain, and payment for our service is immediate and in full.
