Creating a VM from Template
Key Considerations
VADC operates in single-user mode only
→ Each concurrent user requires a separate VM
Step 1: Access the Control Panel

Open the registration-provided URL in your browser

Authenticate with:

Username: Provided during registration
-
Password: Provided during registration

Step 2: VM Creation Methods
Two approaches available:
Option A: Create New vApp with VM

Navigate to vApps → Build new vApp
Configure:

vApp Name: Assign a descriptive name

Click ADD VIRTUAL MACHINE

VM Name: Assign unique identifier

Source: Select From Template
-
Template: Choose WIN2012R2_VDI
Confirm with OK → CREATE
Network Configuration
Attach organizational network to vApp
In Virtual Machines menu:

Locate created VM → HARDWARE tab

Adjust:
-
vCPU cores & sockets
-
RAM allocation
-
Under NIC:
-
Set IP Mode to Static-IP Pool
-
Record assigned IP Address
Option B: Add VM to Existing vApp
(Follow similar steps as Option A, selecting existing vApp during creation)
